Parents Committee meetings are held monthly on usually on the 2nd Tuesday at about 7Pm in the room across the hall from the regular Troop meeting. All Parents are invited to but only registered Committee Members may vote. All Parents are invited to become registered Committee Members.

Please do not stay in the Scouts Room if you are not part of the program, we will always have a room available for the adults.

Forms and paper work please turn them in as soon as possible.

Committee Meeting protocol; all attending have a voice, if time to conclude discussion is not feasible the chair will table discussion to the next meeting.

with the Boys Scouts of American and OVASE training with the Archdiocese of San Antonio

If you are camping with or serving in any capacity around the boys you must be registered.
